- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order date.

- We review each request case-by-case and may offer a replacement, store credit, partial, or full refund based on the issue.
- Opened or used products are non-refundable (exceptions apply only if the product is defective/damaged).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- International Orders: No refunds on product cost, shipping fees, duties, or taxes.
- Third-Party Shipping: We do not cover losses, damages, or delays for orders shipped via third-party forwarders outside the UAE. No returns, replacements, or refunds will be issued.
