Take the daily dose in 1 to 2 divided doses.
A starting dose of 2.5 mg (2 tablets) per day is recommended for adults. If necessary, the daily dose can be increased to 5 mg (2 tablets) and then to 10 mg (1 tablet). Dosage should be increased by 5-10 mg (2- tablets) per day over 3 days or more.
